Participants engage in both in-person and online communities, fostering personal growth and a deeper understanding of these principles.

The Heart’s Desires, Universal Needs, Longings & Values Handout is presented during the Peace Leadership program as a framework for thinking about and communicating universal needs for survival and for thriving. TRUST is a helpful acronym to remember the categories of needs for thriving. We cover the handout more in depth in the Regenerative Culture course.
