Culture Amp's Kevin Wiggins Racial Justice Non-Profit Program is a grant initiative honoring Kevin Wiggins, Special Advisor to their first Anti-Racism Plan. This program provides eligible non-profit organizations that primarily support Black and Indigenous communities, or address issues disproportionately affecting these groups, with access to Culture Amp's services at no cost.

Culture Amp offers a 38% discount to Black and Indigenous-owned businesses that are Culture Amp customers. This discount represents the largest reduction currently available to for-profit customers and reflects the $0.38 wage gap between Black women and White men. To qualify, businesses must be at least 51% Black and/or Indigenous-owned.
